Jakarta – Suzuki Indonesia has launched a free inspection program covering approximately 9,024 Satria Pro and Satria F150 motorcycles. The campaign, called Product Quality Update, focuses on checking the clearance between the motorcycle frame and fuel tank to ensure it meets the company’s standards.
PT Suzuki Indomobil Sales (SIS) announced the program as part of its commitment to product quality and customer satisfaction. The inspection applies to selected motorcycles produced between June 12, 2025, and June 23, 2026.
Owners whose motorcycles fall within the specified vehicle identification number (VIN) ranges are invited to visit an authorized Suzuki workshop. Technicians will inspect the relevant components and carry out any necessary corrective work if they identify a quality issue.
Suzuki will provide the inspection and any required action under the program at no cost to eligible customers.
Which Suzuki Satria Motorcycles Are Included?
The Product Quality Update covers selected units of the Suzuki Satria Pro and Satria F150. Owners can check their motorcycle’s VIN against the ranges published by Suzuki.
The specified VIN ranges are:
- Satria F150: MH8DL11AZSJ260852–MH8DL11AZSJ263244
- Satria F150: MH8DL15AZSJ500046–MH8DL15AZTJ505836
- Satria Pro: MH8DL15AZSJ100033–MH8DL15AZTJ100719
The campaign does not automatically apply to every Satria Pro or Satria F150. Eligibility depends on whether the motorcycle’s VIN falls within the specified ranges.
Owners should therefore confirm their vehicle’s status before arranging an appointment. Suzuki provides an online VIN-check service through its official Product Quality Update page.
What Will Suzuki Inspect?
The inspection focuses on the clearance between the frame and fuel tank. Suzuki says the check will determine whether the gap between these components meets the required standards.
Authorized workshop technicians will examine the relevant parts. If they find a condition that does not meet the company’s quality requirements, they will address it according to the applicable technical procedures.
Suzuki has not stated that every motorcycle covered by the campaign has a defect. Instead, the program gives eligible owners an opportunity to have their vehicles checked and receive any required attention.
Hariadi, Assistant to the Aftersales Department Head of Service at PT Suzuki Indomobil Sales, said the company initiated the Product Quality Update to ensure that the frame and fuel tank on selected motorcycles meet its standards.
He added that the program reflects Suzuki’s responsibility to maintain customer confidence and satisfaction while supporting rider safety and comfort.
Inspection Takes Around One Hour
Suzuki estimates that the inspection process will take approximately one hour. The company says authorized workshops will aim to complete the work efficiently while following the required technical procedures.
Eligible customers will not be charged for the inspection or any corrective action covered by the campaign. This allows owners to have their motorcycles checked without paying additional service costs for the program.
However, the actual time required may depend on the motorcycle’s condition and the work needed. Owners should contact their chosen authorized workshop when arranging an appointment.
How to Check Eligibility and Book a Service
Owners of the Satria Pro and Satria F150 can take several steps to confirm whether their motorcycles are included.
First, locate the motorcycle’s vehicle identification number and compare it with the ranges listed in Suzuki’s official Product Quality Update information. Owners can also use the company’s online VIN-check page to verify eligibility.
If the motorcycle qualifies, Suzuki recommends booking a service appointment before visiting an authorized workshop. Scheduling in advance can help the workshop prepare for the inspection.
Customers who need further information can contact Halo Suzuki through its toll-free hotline at 0800-1100-800, available 24 hours a day, or via WhatsApp at 0811-1993-0800.
Suzuki Reinforces Its Aftersales Commitment
The Product Quality Update highlights the role of aftersales support in maintaining product quality throughout motorcycle ownership. By inviting eligible customers to inspect their vehicles, Suzuki aims to address potential quality discrepancies in a structured manner.
The campaign covers approximately 9,024 motorcycles, but only units within the specified VIN ranges qualify. Owners should confirm their motorcycle’s status through Suzuki’s official channels rather than assuming that every unit of either model is affected.
For eligible Satria Pro and Satria F150 owners, the next step is straightforward: check the VIN, book an appointment, and visit an authorized Suzuki workshop for the free inspection.
