Jakarta – Honda motorcycle owners in Central Jakarta now have another option for maintenance and after-sales services. PT Wahanaartha Ritelindo (WARI), part of Wahana Artha Group, has officially opened a new Honda dealer and AHASS workshop in Palmerah.
Located at Jalan Palmerah Barat No. 4, the new facility expands access to Honda motorcycles and authorized maintenance services. It also aims to make routine servicing more convenient for customers in Palmerah and surrounding areas.
The opening adds another point of access to Honda’s sales and service network in Jakarta. In addition, the facility provides maintenance services through Honda’s authorized workshop network, known as AHASS.
Five Service Bays Support Workshop Operations
AHASS Wahana Palmerah has five service bays supported by five mechanics. The facility is designed to handle routine motorcycle maintenance and other services for Honda owners.
Customers can also choose special service packages introduced to mark the opening. These offers are available through the end of November 2026.
The Hemat Package costs IDR 165,000 and covers motorcycles with engine capacities of 110cc to 125cc. It includes routine servicing or fuel-injection tuning, Honda engine oil replacement, air filter and spark plug cleaning, brake checks, chain or CVT inspections, tire pressure checks, and electrical system inspections.
Meanwhile, the Premium Package costs IDR 195,000 for motorcycles with engine capacities of 150cc and above. Its services include fuel-injection servicing, performance adjustments, engine oil replacement with a specific oil grade, radiator or coolant checks, CVT or drive chain cleaning, and inspections of the brakes, suspension, and electrical systems.
The two packages offer different service options based on engine capacity and maintenance requirements. However, customers should confirm the applicable terms and service details directly with the workshop.
Opening Ceremony Includes Community Activities
The opening ceremony featured a ribbon-cutting event attended by WARI Director Budi Setiawan, WARI Finance and Operations Director Masper Pakpahan, and PT Wahana Makmur Sejati Sales Division Head Olivia Widyasuwita.
WARI also organized activities for residents living near the new branch. These included group exercise, free health checks, and a communal meal.
The activities formed part of the company’s effort to build relationships with the surrounding community. They also marked the opening of the new facility beyond its core retail and workshop operations.
According to Budi Setiawan, the new branch reflects WARI’s commitment to bringing Honda products and services closer to customers. He also said the company hopes the facility will make it easier for residents to meet their motorcycle needs and access after-sales support.
With five service bays, five mechanics, and introductory maintenance packages, AHASS Wahana Palmerah adds another option for Honda owners in Central Jakarta. The special service offers are scheduled to run through the end of November 2026.
