Jakarta – Indonesia has become an important launchpad for OMODA & JAECOO‘s intelligent vehicle technologies. After introducing key innovations to global audiences in the country, the automotive brand group is preparing to showcase their capabilities to international guests in China.
The company will hold its Super Intelligent Experience Lab from October 19 to 21, 2026, as part of the International User Summit under the theme “DRIVE TO THE NEXT VIBE.” The event will focus on two technologies: Super Intelligent Valet Parking (SIVP) and Super Intelligent AI Space (SIAS).
The experience lab will allow media representatives and international guests to test the systems through practical scenarios. The activities will explore how vehicles can perform tasks autonomously and how artificial intelligence can respond more naturally to user needs.
Indonesia Hosts Global Debuts of Key Technologies
OMODA & JAECOO previously introduced two major intelligent vehicle innovations to global audiences in Indonesia.
The Super AI Cockpit made its global debut alongside the OMODA O4 at the first “Super AI Night” event in Jakarta on July 27, 2026. Meanwhile, the JAECOO J7 SHS-P SIVP introduced Super Intelligent Valet Parking to Indonesian audiences at GIIAS 2026, following tests in several parking areas in Jakarta.
These introductions placed Indonesia at the center of the company’s technology showcase. They also gave local audiences an early look at features designed to make vehicle use more convenient and personalized.
The upcoming event in China will provide an opportunity to demonstrate how these systems work in more complex situations. Rather than focusing only on technical specifications, the experience lab will put their practical capabilities to the test.
JAECOO SIVP Brings Smart Parking and Vehicle Summoning
Super Intelligent Valet Parking is designed to reduce the effort involved in finding parking spaces and retrieving a vehicle.
The system has two primary functions. Smart Parking enables the vehicle to search for an available space and maneuver into it automatically. Smart Summon allows users to call the vehicle to a designated pickup point.
The concept is summarized in the phrase “Come to You, Park for You.” For drivers, this could mean spending less time searching for a car in a crowded parking facility or maneuvering through a tight parking space.
According to the information provided by OMODA & JAECOO, SIVP uses 27 sensors: three millimeter-wave radars, 11 cameras, 12 ultrasonic radars, and one direct time-of-flight (DToF) LiDAR unit.
When SIVP is active, the vehicle’s speed is limited to a maximum of 10 kilometers per hour. This limit supports the system’s ability to respond to changing surroundings during automated maneuvers.
At the Super Intelligent Experience Lab, SIVP will face practical challenges involving remote vehicle summoning, complicated parking environments, and obstacle avoidance. These scenarios are intended to demonstrate how the system perceives its surroundings and responds to different conditions.
For the technology to deliver everyday value, reliability and safe operation remain essential. Drivers must also understand the system’s operating limits and follow the manufacturer’s instructions.
OMODA Super AI Cockpit Focuses on User Intent
While SIVP focuses on vehicle movement, SIAS explores how artificial intelligence can better understand people.
The technology builds on the Super AI Cockpit introduced with the OMODA O4 in Jakarta. According to the company, the cockpit uses an Agentic AI architecture powered by a large language model (LLM) and 10 AI agents.
This architecture is designed to move beyond basic voice-command execution. Instead, it aims to interpret the user’s intent and respond to requests that may involve several actions.
OMODA & JAECOO has identified four areas for SIAS: understanding user intent, learning user habits, recognizing emotional context, and understanding trends.
These capabilities could support more natural conversations, personalized recommendations, and entertainment tailored to individual preferences. The company has also highlighted features such as AI virtual pets as part of its broader vision for in-car interaction.
The practical challenge is whether the system can correctly interpret indirect requests, handle multiple instructions in one sentence, and provide relevant responses. The experience lab will offer guests an opportunity to assess these interactions firsthand.
Combining Autonomous Actions With More Personal AI
SIVP and SIAS address two different aspects of intelligent mobility. One focuses on helping a vehicle perform tasks with less direct driver input, while the other aims to make interaction between people and vehicles more intuitive.
Together, they reflect OMODA & JAECOO’s broader approach to connected and intelligent driving experiences. The technologies target everyday situations, from parking in crowded locations to communicating with an in-car assistant.
However, the usefulness of these systems will depend on their performance in real-world conditions, their compatibility with local environments, and how consistently they understand user requests.
Their introduction in Indonesia also provides a useful context for the company’s international showcase. The market has served as an early stage for presenting these technologies before the next round of demonstrations in China.
China Event to Test the Next Stage of Intelligent Mobility
The Super Intelligent Experience Lab is scheduled for October 19–21, 2026, as part of OMODA & JAECOO’s International User Summit in China.
Through demonstrations of SIVP and SIAS, the company aims to show how intelligent vehicle technology can combine automated actions with more personalized digital interaction.
For Indonesia, the event continues the story of technologies that first reached global audiences locally. Their next challenge will be demonstrating practical value beyond a launch presentation, particularly in everyday driving and parking situations.
As automakers develop increasingly intelligent vehicles, the ability to perform tasks reliably and understand user needs could become an important part of the ownership experience. OMODA & JAECOO’s upcoming showcase will provide a closer look at how the company intends to pursue that direction.
